Shipping:
99% of our orders ship complete within 24 hours of being placed, Monday through Friday, with the exception of any item that states otherwise. If an order is placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will ship on the following Monday.
FREE UPS Ground shipping on orders over
$500 in the continental U.S. only.
All "Air" orders placed prior to 10:00 a.m. PST will usually ship that same day.
Any order placed after 10:00 a.m. on a non-holiday Friday will be shipped the following
non-holiday Monday. *Please note that our pick-ups for delivery are Mon-Fri only.
Overnight orders that ship on Friday will be delivered the following Monday,
unless you choose the Saturday delivery option.
UPS will not ship to PO Boxes, please use a physical street address.
If your shipping address is different than your billing address then there may be a delay in your order for verification purposes. You can expedite this process by making sure your shipping address is on file with your credit card company.
Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return
shipping to us.
All returns or exchanges must be new, unused and in the original box and
packaging.
International Orders:
Some international orders will require a wire transfer.

responsible for all customs, duties and taxes of home country on all
international orders. When delivered, the delivery person may require an
additional payment or you may be billed. This amount due is the duties and/or
customs brokerage fee...this is not a shipping charge. Please check your local
rules and regulations prior to ordering for the amount of these charges.

Wire Transfer:
All orders can be paid for with a wire transfer (some international orders MUST
be paid for with a wire transfer, contact us for more information +1
714-923-9201). Choose "Wire Transfer" as your payment method at check out and
instructions on how to make the wire transfer will be e-mailed to you within 72
hours. Your order will then be shipped once the transfer of funds is confirmed.
Orders under $1000 are subject to a $20 wire transfer fee. Orders over $1000
paid for with a wire transfer receive a 10% discount (enter wire1000 as your
discount code when entering your billing information). Orders over $5000 paid
for with a wire transfer receive a 15% discount (enter wire5000 as your discount
code when entering your billing information).
Terms:
American Express, MasterCard, and Visa are the preferred method of payment, but
net 30 terms are available for Fortune 500 companies on all orders. Net 30 terms
are also available to publicly traded companies on the New York Stock Exchange
for orders over $1000 (subject to credit approval). All orders with net 30 terms
must be placed on a corporate PO. Corporate POs can be faxed to Pneuaire at
714-283-0727. All other companies must pay by credit card or wire transfer.
Price Matching:
If you find a lower price on the identical brand and model of an item from a
competitor, we will gladly match it. The item must be a verifiable price. Price
comparisons will only be considered from US based retailers authorized to sell
the products and is in US currency. Price matching can only be done before an order is placed. Please contact our customer service department
at 1-800-704-6330 and we will provide you the details on price verification and
matching. We are unable to offer a low price guarantee on one of a kind or other
limited quantity offers, or when a bonus or free offer is included in the
purchase, or when a price has been unlawfully advertised, or when a price has been advertised lower than allowed by a manufacturer.
Exchanges:
Pneuaire will gladly exchange any products purchased from our site. Please
contact us for return/exchange information. Customer must pay for shipping both
directions.
Refunds:
Refund returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the original cost of
shipping.
No refunds on orders over $250. Exchanges only.
No refunds or exchanges on cylinders, actuators, or special order items.
All products sold by Pneuaire are brand new, first quality (unless otherwise
noted) with full factory warranties. Please check all items upon receipt, if the
items seemed damaged or used please report this to us immediately. No returns
will be accepted of used items!
